Everyone in nature is inspired by God's work of creation. Everything is beautiful and unique, yet perfect in its own way. For me, this has always been connected to music, colors, paintings, craft, designs - I wanted to do something with it all but felt that nothing was real. To make my dreams come true, I started Handmade by Handmaid with the help of my partner Joseph Xavier. Now I'm able to put my talents to use and enjoy the beauty of creating something new every day.
The Power of Creation
One thing I have realized through this journey is the power of creation. When you create something out of nothing and bring it into existence, it's an amazing feeling - like you're actually making a difference in the world. It helps me feel more connected to people around me and gives me a sense of purpose. Plus it's just plain fun!
Making Connections
I also love connecting with other creators and seeing how their stories are similar to mine. It's inspiring to learn from others who have gone through similar experiences and understand why we do what we do. This has helped me build relationships within the creative community that I wouldn't have had otherwise. We may all be on our own individual journeys but at the same time we are part of a collective experience too which is really special.
Finding Balance
Lastly, creating has taught me how important balance is in life. While there can be a lot of stress involved in working on projects or coming up with new ideas, ultimately everything comes down to finding a happy medium between work and play - something that can be difficult when you are constantly chasing your dreams! But when you find yourself in that sweet spot between success and failure, where you can truly enjoy what you're doing without worrying too much about the outcome, it's like hitting a reset button on your creativity - giving you energy for future projects as well as peace of mind from knowing that you don't need perfection to be successful!
My story began as many stories do - with small beginnings and big dreams but not knowing how to make them real until I found the courage within myself (and support from those around me) to start Handmade by Handmaid. Through this process, I've learned so much about myself and what I'm capable of achieving when I put my heart into it - from understanding the power of creation to finding balance between work and play so that no matter what happens in life I can still appreciate all things handmade!
